Greg is a layout / narration instructor with ARTFX’s fifth year students. From the moment he walked in, he brought in a lot of creativity and thought to the projects, and made them even better. I brought Greg in to guide our 5th-year students during a critical phase of their production : Staging and 3D Layout.

I had the pleasure to have Greg in my layout team for about 3 years. Greg is a Team player, hard worker and always ready to help when needed. Grégoire Foret is someone on whom I was able to count on for taking the lead on one of the major piece of my last VFX production with the Rodeo FX team.

I had the pleasure and privilege to work with Greg on several projects at RodeoFx. The pleasure because he has a positive attitude and he's a true gentleman. The privilege because Greg is a talented artist that rises up to the challenge you hand to him. He has a keen eye for composition and details and a great understanding of the cinematic language.

Greg has been a key member of the layout team on Ballerina, producing many hundreds of shots for the project. He is dedicated and hardworking and would benefit any production with his diligence and can-do attitude. He has continued to grow as an artist and is able to tackle complex shots and sequences. He shoulders the burden of retakes with ease and has great enthusiasm for the medium.

After almost a year as his layout supervisor, I can say without a doubt that Greg is a serious, dedicated, passionate (always willing to learn and improve his outcomes) and a very curious guy about his craft. It's a pleasure to discuss a shot with him in front of a desk or behind a tea cup. He gives a hand easily with a smile and, with a good attitude, proposes some solutions when there is an issue or some kind of problems with a shot or sequence. On top of that, very keen to listen, I've seen him progressing and I'll be glad to have him on my team again. He's on his way to be a great artist with his positive approach to his work.
