- Script & pitch analysis: story arcs, character motivation, thematic clarity, page count optimization (target 4–7 pages)
- Creative & technical feedback: references (Pixar shorts, Robert McKee, Joseph Campbell, Gareth Edwards, etc.), shot efficiency, spatial readability, set dressing, VFX integration
- Layout Workshop: 9×3h sessions
- Hands-on rounds: Maya previs/layout iteration, slap comp guidance, animation & montage impact awareness
